Hello! My name is Shilo and I am the Administrator for AnthroBrand, and also Mariah's partner. When she first told me about this grand idea she had for a community based around the Anthro community I was very excited and just had to get in on it all! When I'm not helping with AnthroBrand I am working as a barista and crocheting. I have also dabbled in many other forms of art such as digital/traditional drawing, photography, glass working, and ceramics; though my medium of choice continues to be yarn. My interest in anthropomorphic animals is just as old as I am with my very first career of choice being "a cat." Disney movies, Neopets and seeing Cats the Musical when I was six most definitely fed into that silly desire but I officially joined the furry community around 2012 despite being aware of it and interested in it for many years prior. I'm happy to see you all here and I hope you enjoy your time with us as we continue to nurture this positive space for those within the Anthro community.
Heyo! Tanuki here! Hopefully if you've been around the AnthroBrand site for a while you know I'm a writer and help Mariah out when I can. If not, here's a quick introduction:
I go by Bad_Tanuki, Tanuki, or Eric, and my sona is, in fact, a tanuki. (Surprise?) I've been on staff with AnthroBrand basically since it started and I'm working on getting a better computer so I can stream later on down the line. Being more involved with the community is my ultimate goal, but as of now I help out on the main server while also working full-time. I've only been a part of anthro community for a few years, but I've made plenty of friends, had lots of laughs, and hope to have many more.
Hey folks! My name is Val, or Valentia, and I'm mainly an amateur content creator outside of volunteering for AnthroBrand! While I may not make content for the community, I've been able to find a home within the anthro community in a personal manner. In the few shorts years since I discovered the anthro community, I've been able to find a part of myself that I feel more than comfortable sharing with the world. Not just for brand sake, but for myself as an individual first and foremost. Come on, who wouldn't want to be a handsome, golden-yellow otter on the internet? I'm hopeful that with my unique expertise among the staff, I'll be able to provide some insight into avenues outside of artistry. It's my way of giving back to the community that whole-heartedly welcomed me in!
Hey everyone! My name's Tonakuma but feel free to shorten it to Tona (tone-a). I'm a hobbyist digital artist on the west coast of Canada with a background in graphic design, photography, and music production. I've been interested in anthro content since the days of Redwall, Watership Down and Silverwing on YTV (early 2000s!), but it's only been recently that I've gotten involved in the anthro community at large. I have been involved in complimentary fandoms before, notably assisting anime and pony conventions/groups. I'm a big supporter of artists and creatives collaborating, learning from, and helping each other grow and thrive, and hope to assist AnthroBrand in providing a space for people to do just that!
Aloha! I go by Spacefuture, or Space, and I've been helping out with the Art Jam side of things here at AnthroBrand. Throughout my life, I've always enjoyed making stories, settings, and characters, and many of my designs involve anthro or anthro-adjacent creatures. These days I work almost exclusively in pencils, except for designing maps or flags. I hope you all find yourself a place here and enjoy your time.
I'm Kitsuno and I've been part of the Anthro community since August 2020. My sona is a yellow, floofy fox who's sometimes a bun with a similar look! In actuality I'm a 24yr old anthro artist who's just getting started with my skills! I was born and raised in San Diego and only recently moved in with my partner who I've been with for almost 6 years! I mainly do SFW art but may someday take on NSFW if I feel I'm ready for it. I'm usually on Twitter and hang out on Discord most of the time, but I'm also on PS4 and Nintendo Switch if anyone wants to game! I love drawing and am learning more each day!
Got any questions about me? Feel free to ask!
Hen, With A Tie
Hey everybody! The name's the Hen with a Tie, or more simply Hen by most people that know me. I'm a mostly NSFW digital artist, walking hentai pun, and an upholder of the 34th rule of the internet. I also live by the phrase "cute and lewd is the best combo." In regards to the anthro community, an old friend once put it best: "with that name, you doomed yourself to becoming a furry, huh?" I've been a part of the community for as long as I've been under this alias (since 2018), but I have been drawing since the young age of 5; swapping to digital art in 2014. I have been honing my skills and working on commissions throughout the years, still learning much more as I continue drawing. If you want to nerd out about digital art, I'm your guy to talk to!
